We were recommended to Marburger Chrysler by my wife's father who has been purchasing from them for years. I spoke with Chad and he asked me what we were looking for, what our budget was, what were key features we needed to have. He found a new Dodge Journey that had the key features we needed and was able to work it in at a very competitive price. He also provided us with a used vehicle that met the same requirements, but would have been less expensive. There was no pressure on us to purchase and Chad, Matt, and Mike were all very helpful and seemed focused on getting us what we needed versus trying to put us in a vehicle we didn't want. A side note, we were also working with them from a state away in which they covered sending a driver down to us (in South Carolina on the Georgia border) with the new vehicle and took my wife's trade in back up.
