I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Maplewood Toyota and I love my new Corolla. I absolutely love my Corolla and I totally trust that it's a quality car. It has great gas mileage and I enjoy driving it every day! Also, I really enjoyed purchasing my car, I had a really smooth experience and everyone has all been very professional and kind. In my experience, Rooney was pretty much a zen master and we had some awesome conversations, I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. To be honest I had FUN while I was buying my car! Typically you see on people's faces after a few hours of paperwork it become tedious and an exhausting experience. I left with a full tank of gas, a smile on my face, with a refreshed and renewed feeling, out into the cold night excited about life and feeling grateful, and that sentiment remains as I bought the car in March. The reason I needed this car was my previous one was totaled in December & then I made the mistake of going too far down 61 to replace it, but that's a different story. Then the next day we went in and met Rory Shaffer who didn't pressure us to look at a bunch of cars "he" wanted to sell us. He stuck to our list and what we were looking for, and after a few test drives and questions about the cars we found the one that fit us. Overall it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I will be recommending Maplewood Toyota to anyone I know is buying a car in the future, and we will be buying our next cars there too! More

I felt very welcome by Richard when I met with him. He ask me for what I was looking for and did everything he could to find what I needed. He help me get my referral bonuse and advocated for the Manager to reduce the price of the car to meet my budget. He then walked me through every detail of the car before I bought and explain all my options regarding coverage and warranty. He was very thorough and friendly.
