One thing I noticed which may be a custom, by your company. I hope so. My Honda had brand new oil. I wisely took it to see if it needed an oil change immediately. I am older, 78, and a bit slow, naturally. He made darn sure I understood my car before I happily left with it and carefully spelled out how, where, what to do about registering it back in my home state and how to transfer my old one to my daughter. We visited the Maplewood Toyota dealership in November and met salesman Todd Hubbard. At the time, we knew we were interested in a new or certified Prius. Todd took our information, took us for a test ride and gave us the right amount of information for that day. We did return at a later date to follow up. Todd was very helpful, respectful and generally did a great job of providing the right amount of information to help us make a decision. At first I was reluctant to provide Todd with our email address, thinking that he would become a pest, looking for a quick sale. Todd offered to contact us only once per month to see if we had any need or to provide us his information regarding newer certified cars coming to the dealership. Todd did as he said, only contacting us a few times, letting us make our own decision, without pestering us. We picked up a 2014 Prius today and we can thank Todd for being an exemplary sales guy. Very easy, they even provided free second key, an windshield replacement because of a chip i didn't see until after purchase. Highly recommended. They let me remove my wheels, an radio before trading windshield replacement because of a chip i didn't see until after purchase. Highly recommended. I didn't purchase extra warranty, my bank provided better Extended Coverage. Overall great experience, couldn't be happier with this purchase. More
