I took a test drive and fell in love with the new Rav4, and made an appointment the next week to make everything official. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour and a half. I purchased a few vehicles there in the past and I spoke with Rory Shaffer over the phone--he didn't have what I was looking for but called me less than 24 hours later letting me know that he had just taken in a vehicle in on trade that was exactly what I was looking for.
