Saturday Night Service My wife and I came in at 5:30 pm on a Saturday since we needed a car quickly. We didn't tell Rick Feist this, but her car was totaled and we wanted t My wife and I came in at 5:30 pm on a Saturday since we needed a car quickly. We didn't tell Rick Feist this, but her car was totaled and we wanted to buy one fast. He quickly walked us to the used Hilanders and patiently answered questions for us. At 5:50 he let me test drive 2 cars and we chose one at 5:55 pm. He then literally ran around the dealership to ensure we could take it home that night. He didn't know we were in that big of a hurry and he could have easily asked us to come back on Monday. Instead his service and capable help was warmly received. I told him at the end about my wife's car an he had done all this on his own before even knowing. Thanks Rick! More

I love my new Prius! I just bought my second Prius from Rory Shaffer (my first one is being given to my brother, who just moved here from CA and has no car).
