Peter greeted me and directed me to the next available salesperson. Charlie Betzel was fantastic. He greeted me, got a feel of what I was looking for, allowed me to test drive two models. He explained fully all of the features and steps of the process of leasing/buying. He was very relazed and allowed me to be relaxed during the process. He was present and sensitive yet not high pressure. In making the decision to lease the car and then utlimately leasing it, I had to return to the dealership at least three different times, by my choice, and each time I returned, I was speaking with Charlie within minutes of walking through the door. He explained to me everything I needed to know and even sat with me in the car and explained all the features. Even the financial and legal demands were handled professionally and well. If you asked me to find a criticism, I would not be able to do so. Hence, my reason for giving Maplecrest Ford Lincoln the highest rating in every category. I wanted a Ford F 150 and planned it for 2 years. Once I was ready I met with Bill Ecke at Maplecrest Union. We found a truck that was out of state to work the numbers with only to find it was sold. I went in to check it out and it was PERFECT! The few details left were worked out and I sat with Mike in financing to work out the payment. Mike was a master at his trade and got me to the dollar of where I needed my payments to be. These guys went above and beyond to not only get me truck that had more than I had asked for but helped me to afford it. Joe the GM of Maplecrest brought the truck in sight unseen and gave me the option of taking it. I got a great truck and a great deal. I would and have already recommened these guys to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. This was by far the best and easiest experience I ever had buying something this important. More
