After clearly introduction of the new car, he directly gave us a very good price. I personally like his style, which gave me and my boyfriend a very honst and trustable feeling. He also kept patient all the time to us when we asked for double check this new car before our buying. All in all, that was a great experience for buying my new car with Raymond Shuta. More

Even though I didn't buy a car from them, my visit was great. Charlie is very good at what he does and never pressured me into buying that day. There are those dealers that won't even speak to you if you great. Charlie is very good at what he does and never pressured me into buying that day. This dealer had the odacity to say that they serviced my truck. I brought it in for a scheduled oil changed. I actually provided the Mobil 1 synthetic oil for them to install it in my truck. I had been gett truck. I brought it in for a scheduled oil changed. I actually provided the Mobil 1 synthetic oil for them to install it in my truck. I had been getting pretty bad mileage over the last few weeks, so I investigated and checked my oil just for kicks. When I pulled out the oil dipstick I could not believe my eyes. After 2800 miles after the change my oil was dirtier than when I brought the vehicle in for service. I am pretty positive they chahged it for the cheapest oil they had at the time. Ford does not want to hold anyone responsible for this, so I am done with this bunch of dishonest, nasty attitude dealer. Don't go there, my coworker has a Lincoln MKZ and there is an issue with her used vehicle, except that the dealer keeps on giving her an incredibly hard time. Stay away!!! More
I recently purchased a new Ford F 150 from Charlie at Maplecrest Ford. Charlie really knows how to treat his customers. The process was very easy and smooth. I have brought my 2004 Ford Freestar in for service for several years now. At the present time, I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Department because of repetitive misdiagnoses which have cost m several years now. At the present time, I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Department because of repetitive misdiagnoses which have cost me thousands of dollars in the past three (3) MONTHS alone. I brought in my minivan in early summer 2012 because of a torque converter recall. My minivan was absolutely fine up to that point. No problems. But as there was a recall in effect, I brought my Freestar to Maplecrest Ford of Union for them to perform the service. I regret that day and am still paying for it. The torque converter was replaced. Since that day, my minivan has never been the same. I brought it baack to Maplecrest three times over the next several months because my transmission would not engage properly. Each time I brought it in, my van was serviced and was told the problem was fixed. Finally, in September 2012, just three months ago, my minivan would not engage at all. I had to have the minivan towed to Maplecrest. After several days I was told I needed a transmission, at a price of over $3000.00. I was furious because my van had absolutely no problems with the transmission prior to the torque converter recall. Last week, while on a NY highway, my minivan just stopped. Would not continue in drive. I had to have it towed once again to Maplecrest. Today I am told by the service manager that my computer system is bad and because of that, my transmission is not receiving correct signals. Well if that was the problem to begin with, why did Maplecrest Ford charge me over $3,000.00 for a new transmission three months ago? This "new" problem will cost me over $1000.00. I refuse to pay it because I unnecessarily put in a transmission just three months ago when I didn't need one. The problem was always the computer. I asked to speak with Mr. Steve Giordano, the owner, and was told nobody has any way to contact him. What??? I never heard of such a thing. If I could know when he visits his dealership, I would love for him to review my service records in my presence. Somebody has to be held accountable at Ford. If I have to go to corporate, I am prepared to. I am just devastated and emotionally drained over this experience. My minivan is still at Maplecrest (7 days today) and still no resolution. More
