Unsatisfactory follow up and misdiagnosis After purchasing our first ever car from Maple Hill this past January we were told that we would be receiving an owners manual in the mail because the After purchasing our first ever car from Maple Hill this past January we were told that we would be receiving an owners manual in the mail because there was not one in the glove box of our 2015 Sonata. After a few weeks I called our salesman and he said that the note he had made was buried beneath a bunch of papers on his desk. Most recently ... on August 15th I brought the Sonata in to have the marker lights (LED) checked on the right front of the car as the assembly had been jarred loose. I was told by the Maple Hill mechanic via the service manager that this would need to be fixed through an insurance claim which would involve a new bumper as well as an entire new lighting assembly. I returned to Hastings and immediately went to my State Farm agent. He okayed the repair work, so I went to Dewey's Auto Body in Hastings to get an estimate. The owner of the body shop crawled underneath the car and clipped the light assembly back into place. Should I trust bringing my car back to Maple Hill for anything more than VIP oil changes? More

The computer had been t The previous visits to Maple Hill have all been very positive. My most recent visit for routine maintenance was different. The computer had been tweaked. Mileage on a routine 1000 mile trip had been 32 mpg. This time, it was 35 mpg. I hope this improvement will continue. On the other side, when I retorqued the lug nuts they were all over torqued (>150 ft. lb., the limit of my torque wrench). A dangerous condition. I asked for help in getting the GPS update. I was given a website and phone number. Neither of which worked. I am seriously concerned. More
