Alignment service I scheduled an alignment and inspection service at 11:30. My car was there 2 1/2 hours early. At 3:30 I get a call saying that it hasn’t even been loo I scheduled an alignment and inspection service at 11:30. My car was there 2 1/2 hours early. At 3:30 I get a call saying that it hasn’t even been looked at yet and that between the inspection and the alignment no communications have been made. So this issue was NOT with the front desk staff in particular Cassandra, who tried to care of me. And when I arrived at 4:30 they had just determined that my rim was bent. So then I wait another 20 minutes because my car is parked out back with other cars parked in front of it and it just seemed very out of sorts that day. So while I’m waiting for my car I look into the mechanics bay and see you guys lackadaisically taking their time dancing around cars to do service literally. And that was a gentleman that was older than me and I’m 49. I took it to Firestone and they confirmed the rim was bent I got an alignment I ordered are used rim I’m all set. I don’t have any complaints on my oil change Service that I get regularly but this alignment appointment went terribly awry. More

Said they provided a complimentary car wash on my invoice. Every time I go in there it says the same thing about my car. The vacuum pump was replaced September of 2018. The invoice indicates my car was washed as part of my oil change service. Yesterday it was not although historically they have provided this service. My appointment for the oil change was for 1 and my car wasn't on the lift until almost 2 I didn't get out of there until 2:30. More
I like the people and hate the service Maple Hill is the nearest Subaru dealership to me but every time I need any planned maintenance I try to go elsewhere (even 80 miles away to Lansing) Maple Hill is the nearest Subaru dealership to me but every time I need any planned maintenance I try to go elsewhere (even 80 miles away to Lansing) where every service I have done is cheaper, more efficient and done properly. Twice now I've had instances where they've done work on my car, I've had to have it looked at by another dealership and have been shown here Maple Hill messed up. If it weren't for the fact that another Subaru dealership was over an hour away I'd try not to deal with them at all. More

Quick, Easy, and Efficient I took my 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen in for an oil and filter change and also got the tires rotated. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Marked improvement My first visit was awful to say the least due to the sheer level of apathy presented by my advisor, heather. I was in for a simple head unit update th My first visit was awful to say the least due to the sheer level of apathy presented by my advisor, heather. I was in for a simple head unit update that was completed in less than 40 mins (noted by the tech that I found touching my keys at heathers station). However, I waited for 3 hours because my advisor ignored my keys, went to lunch and never informed anyone of me or my vehicles status. My car did not receive the free multi point or car wash in that duration. I was offered a free oil change (my reason for my recent visit). I came back because of the responsiveness and kindness that Cassandra and Andrea showed. I will give Maple Hill another chance solely because of these two women. I have worked within the auto industry and am well aware of how tolling the service advisor role can be. When Heather returned from lunch and realized “her mistake” I received the response, “I saw the keys on my desk. Oh, my bad”. Implication being: the car was done and instead of processing or passing off - she ignored them/me and went to lunch. Andrea in particular did an outstanding job with me as the consumer in the retention role. She could have easily dodged talking about the service centers mistake, but instead tried to rectify it. I honestly just would have never came back and posted my wholesome experience on the forum for all of my subaru owning friends to see. Our group has well over 200 people that I interact with regularly as their subaru guide. Something Andrea’s colleague had no intention or desire to do in the long run has allowed for the potential promotion of your brand. Please applaud her initiative. You’re center is lucky to have someone as thoughtful in a client-facing role. More
