Then they disappeared and another person showed up 15 minutes later to inform us that the deal was not approved. They still processed our application and even did a credit check even when they had known all along that the deal was not closed and we had already left the dealership. They could not offer any explanation on why we were not told that the deal was not approved even when the salesman and his boss shook hands with us, why they did not tell us that the deal needed one more approval by someone higher up, why they asked us to fill out the paperwork when they knew that the deal was not closed, why they processed the paperwork and did a credit check when we had told them we would be paying cash. Right Part doesn't fit car I have a toyota Peso and needed a window seal. I paid $300.00 for the part and it did NOT FIT! Toyota ( and yes I went ALL the way up the food chain w I have a toyota Peso and needed a window seal. I paid $300.00 for the part and it did NOT FIT! Toyota ( and yes I went ALL the way up the food chain with corprate on this ) said you need to get it modified yourself. So I have a friend who does the work at his body shop. The window stuck after he was done and I thought maybe it was the motor, I to it back to Toyota and they say we won't work not he car because YOU had this piece modified!!?? They a offered no compensation done said no it's not out fault whenI asked. It was bought at their deanship, it was their part and the work was done on their recommendation. I would not go back to them if they begged and offered free gas and service. Just terrible. Everything that they can screw you on they will!! Rob More

Willy Reyes has always done an outstanding job for me, my cars, in my household. I had made the rounds with the service people, in the last 10 years and Willy Reyes stands high above all the rest! Willy consistently gets me the best deals using the company's own coupons. Willy Reyes gives me outstanding customer service, he always delivers the best work, is always friendly. I don't like to deal with any other service manager at Manhattan Beach Toyota Dealership. I may take my business elsewhere if he ever leaves. More

Do NOT go to this Toyota. Just went in to get a 2014 Highlander. The salesman, Eric, promised to give us $2700 off a car we could get sent to the lot. Then he offered us a great deal to take a higher mo Highlander. The salesman, Eric, promised to give us $2700 off a car we could get sent to the lot. Then he offered us a great deal to take a higher model car on the lot. We happily agreed, started filling out the paper work, then Eric comes back and says he can no longer do that deal, and added $1500 onto the price. We were upset, but agreed to go up $800. He said no. Then we said ok, well just go with your first offer for $2700 off one that you need to bring to the lot, and he said, nope that's no longer available. We walked out. It's a bait and switch game that was so schiesty it was sickening. We headed to South Bay Toyota in Gardena, found the exact same higher end model and told them the deal we originally were offered and if they could match it we would buy the car. No problem deal done. These guys are awesome in Gardena, with so many Toyota Dealerships in LA, Manhattan Beach Toyota is horrible! And a waste of time. More
Until recently, I had good experiences with this service department. However, I was already expecting them to try to sell me things I knew I didn't need so that wasn't a surprise. When I bought my car in 2006, they convinced me to buy the SolarShield paint protection program that guaranteed to detail my car twice a year inside and out for as long as I owned my car. I was happy with the results until recently. They are now telling me that they will no longer honor the SolarShield contract because some obscure third party was doing the work and they went out of business. More
I leased a Toyota Prius from Manhattan Beach Toyota. Almost immediately after delivery, my mailbox started get flooded with direct mail advertisements from Manhattan Beach Toyota. Most of the unwanted solictations were from the service department, advertising service specials. Why would Manhattan Beach Toyota spend so much time and money and kill so many trees to mail out countless advertisements when every new Toyota comes with a warranty and Toyota Care, which provides free maintenance for 2 years. Since I had absolutely no need or desire for service department special offers, I emailed Ms. Anderson and Mr. Sperber and asked them to remove my name and address from their marketing database. Ms. Anderson replied that she would. However, the direct mail advertisements kept coming. Incidentially, from the US Postage Permit number that is printed on the advertisements, it is obvious that Manhattan Beach Toyota subcontracts their advertisements to a third party, which is NOT disclosed in their Privacy Policy that I was required to sign when I initiated the vehicle lease. After receiving tons of additional unwanted advertisements, I again emailed Ms. Anderson and Mr. Sperber and requested that my name and address be removed from their marketing database. This time, neither of them replied to my email. Despite my repeated requests, the advertisements for the parts and service department still come to my mailbox (I have now had the car for over 6 months). Manhattan Beach Toyota does NOT honor customer requests and they DO NOT repond to a customer's concerns. More

He went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue (he even came out to the charging station on multiple occasions to trouble-shoot) and was able to discover the solution. It is rare to find people that will take the time to solve intricate problems like I was having, but Ken did, and he defines what great customer service is all about! Well done Ken! More
