Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Adrian Flores made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. From my very first internet inquiry, Adrian was responsive, professional, and never came across as the entire experience smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and worked with me to negotiate a price on my new Grand Highlander Nightshade that I felt was fair and fit my budget. One thing that really stood out was Adrian’s communication. He stayed in constant contact, always responded quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. I live in San Diego and wasn’t able to pick up the vehicle for two days because of work. Adrian worked with me to lock in the deal and made sure the dealership held the vehicle until Saturday so I wouldn’t miss out. That level of customer service meant a lot.
