I love having a Jeep brand but, you guys put bandaids on all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. Once you repair my front right fender issue, maybe we can start work all of the problems and I am amazed at the problems with new vehicles you sell. Once you repair my front right fender issue, maybe we can start working on the electrical issue. Crazy the cost of low quality vehicles. Also, if you say you will notify me when a part comes in, or you are going to call me back, you should probably honor your word. More

They give you this spill of how they are required by law to replace or repair something instead of fixing the actual issue. My brake caliper was stuck on a 2018 Wrangler JKU, service salesmen said they are to replace or repair something instead of fixing the actual issue. My brake caliper was stuck on a 2018 Wrangler JKU, service salesmen said they are required by law to replace the rotors as well. No problem I went to All Jacked Up and they found that the issue wasn't even what Mandal Service stealership said. Mandal is good for warranty and oil changes only. More
