I brought my 2022 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a recall B9A. The recall says my Jeep could catch fire. The tech thought it would take an hour or two but found out it could take all day or more. I received a new notice today from Jeep that said it will take 1.5 to 2 days. The tech ask if I would be willing to wait around for the whole day and I did not. I asked if the dealer had a loaner and he said they did not have one available. I asked if someone could give me a ride home so I could leave my Jeep and I would return when it was ready. He said they could not give me a ride home. I specified that I preferred to leave my Jeep if someone would just give me a ride home, but again he said no. So as of Thursday morning I have been waiting for a call from Mandal that a loaner vehicle is available and I can bring my vehicle back in. My only complaint is I felt someone should have given me a ride home. More

My experience at this dealership was positive from the moment I walked on the lot … my salesman Haden was very polite and answered all my questions … I was happy he phoned me about a rebate that was going moment I walked on the lot … my salesman Haden was very polite and answered all my questions … I was happy he phoned me about a rebate that was going to expire plus a great personality with low pressure but still asking for the sale (can’t make a sale without asking) …once I chose the truck I wanted … I dealt with Cait in the finance dept. she was polite friendly and clear spoken explaining and answering all my concerns / questions with a smile … wonderful customer service … highly recommend…KP More

Sold me a car without a clear title. Can’t register or title the car in my name. Two visit’s to the dealership and so far all of got is lip service, talk doesn’t solve the problem.
