Did not deliver what was promised when we purchased. Paid 1k for ceramic coat and did not get it. Had a lift and accessories done and had to fix it when we got home. First let me say that my sales rep was great during the purchase. After we agreed on our deal things slowly started going downhill. We waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours to sign paper work. One finance manager purchase. After we agreed on our deal things slowly started going downhill. We waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours to sign paper work. One finance manager was with someone for a long time and the other was at lunch. Finally the other finance manager got back and we signed all our paper work. He was also very nice. Here is where it gets bad. We bought our jeep on May 30 and let’s just say we just had it delivered yesterday June 22. We paid for a lift kit, Bedliner, power steps and bed cover. Oh yea before I forget we paid for the 1k ceramic coating and when we got the jeep back it was dirty as it can be. They said they detailed it but you could write your name in the dirt and grime in the hood and tailgate. Also when we were told we had to have this add in ceramic they told us how the water would bead and the paint with be super shiny. I know this because I also had all my other vehicles ceramic coated. This service was NOT done on this jeep. It’s way to dirty with sort and grime and the water does not bead like ceramic coating has been done. This are just a few things to sum up the bad experience. Keep in mind we drove 2 1/2 hours to buy from this place when we live in Pensacola. The only communicated received is when I text or called the sales rep. This was maybe once a week. I am writing an email with pictures to the dealership to show all the things I just mentioned. I now have to take to another shop to have things fixed that y’all done for almost 4 weeks More
