Poor customer service, lack of integrity and awful work was done on my vehicle I will never return. Tony Tisdale lied about fixing the situation when I brought another mechanic to the dealership to discuss was done on my vehicle I will never return. Tony Tisdale lied about fixing the situation when I brought another mechanic to the dealership to discuss what was really wrong with it.They failed to diagnose my vehicle properly and charged me for their lack of experience and knowledge. I have video of the actual incident and I will be putting it on all social media platforms so that this does not happen to anyone else. More

For starters, customer service was good and thank you for doing the system update on my RAM 1500. On the other hand I am very disappointed that I was charged over $200.00 for a diagnostic when it was just an doing the system update on my RAM 1500.
