I was not pleased with certain members of the service department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. I even made an appointment for an oil change, but I was never greeted or assisted when I walked in. department. I felt uncomfortable and overlooked. It was not until Ashlynn walked up ready to assist, so I will give her credit because she did her best to smooth over the negative experience.
