I'm disappointed with the build quality of my 2023 Sierra. I am currently having an major issue with water leaking into the cabin. I will say I'm very happy with the service writers. Brought my Buick in for a software upgrade. I made an online appointment and brought it in for the upgrade. Mandal has a large service department and enough service writers to accommodate it. M I made an online appointment and brought it in for the upgrade. Mandal has a large service department and enough service writers to accommodate it. My service was supposed to take 30-40 minutes once they got it in the back. Overall I am pleased with the service department and the dealership. I waited just over 2 hours in their pleasant waiting area. More
