The problem was corrected with the vehicle but too much back and forth with shop managers. They don’t seem to care for OnStar which is why I brought the vehicle to the shop in the first place. when I told them twice what OnStar said they just acted like it was no big deal. GMC programmed OnStar for the customers protection I think your team management should take it more seriously. More
