This is the second time I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. It would have been longer if I had not went see what the issue was. Both times my vehi change and tire rotation and I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes. It would have been longer if I had not went see what the issue was. Both times my vehicle was just sitting there not being attended to. The first time I was told my paperwork got stuck in the back of someone else’s paperwork. The second time I was told that I need to call ahead so they can have an oil filter ready. I made the appointment 5 days ahead. The appointment included my vehicle make, model, etc., therefore they should have known what filter to have available. The employees were friendly but did try to make the wait my responsibility because I didn’t call in for the oil filter. They asked if I wanted wiper blades, to which I said yes. The sign said “Wiper blades 59.95. When I got my invoice I was charged 143.00 for the wiper blades. They were 59.95 per blade. I expressed my displeasure with the cost and to their credit, I was only charged the 59.95 for both. My service rep was Jason. He was very helpful. He was not the employee that said I needed to call in. He was the employee that got the discount on the wiper blades. More

The service department is great but the rest of the dealership needs to get a little training on how to make a customer feel like they are somewhat important. My ‘22 GMC has had electrical issues from day one and this last incident left me stranded. One of your managers had the audacity to suggest it wouldn’t be covered under my 100k warranty. I was not offered a loaner vehicle which is very important since my job has me traveling daily so no vehicle equals loss of revenue. I tried to trade in this vehicle because I deem it non dependable and the trade from the dealership ( Mandal) that I purchased it was $5,000 less than a random on site car lot. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership ever again. More

Well it took a litle while but hung out at the mall while oil was changed and had a good lunch. Very thorough check up on my truck. Multi point check, tire rotation, oil change, washed and detailed Butler wo oil was changed and had a good lunch. Very thorough check up on my truck.
