Drove from Mobile for a scheduled service but was never formally scheduled so I ended up picking the truck up and nothing but oil change was completed. Not one other issue was addressed. Kourtney in Sales was very helpful, professional and was very knowledgeable. She greeted us upon arrival showed us various different options in the truck type we were looking to purchase. While test driving the truck Kourtney went over all the features and my son really liked it so we made the purchase. Jason in the Service Department was great as well. He had great customer service was very detailed with the upgrades that was added to the truck and offered to assist us with anything we needed.
