Took my car to have an oil change. Ask them to check prices on my brakes and rotors for the back. Also ask for them to check out why my car was shaking. Also ask for car wash. Had vehicle all day tried calling three times no answer. When I got there all that was done was oil change when I ask about the other things didn’t know anything them. When I got back in my car old oil change sticker was still on vehicle so was my oil really changed? They didn’t charge me anything told me to bring it back on Monday so they could look at the rest I need my car so this puts me out. Needless to say, this was a horrible visit! More

I bought my GMC Terrain at Mandal in 2018 and have continued to bring it to Mandal for my oil changes and services since. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and my husband still waited almost 3 continued to bring it to Mandal for my oil changes and services since. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday and my husband still waited almost 3 hours and then I was charged more for my windshield wipers then my oil change. It’s really not convenient for me at all to bring my vehicle here because its almost a 40 minute drive. I used to receive such great service here in the past. Unfortunately, service now is not what it used to be. More
