Suzie was great! I came in for an installation that was supposed to take an hour. After about 30 min she came to let me know that due to having to contact GM that i I came in for an installation that was supposed to take an hour. After about 30 min she came to let me know that due to having to contact GM that it could take up o 4 hours. She got me a ride home and then called at 4:15 to let me know the truck was ready.
