Service is ok, would try another dealer if there were more in the local area. Upon making my initial reservation by phone, I told the rep I needed an oil change, tire rotation and someone to help me figure out the Alexa app. I restated the same thing to the rep outside after driving up to the dealer. Upon checking out, I asked the rep did you guys figure out the Alexa issue? He stated he did not know anything about it? How can this happen? Happened one other time I received service. I thought I had received my last free service after rep told me I was good to go. I was not aware if there was a charge or not. About an hour after I left the service, I received an email with a charge. Why would they just not tell me to go back in and pay at the cash agents desk? More
