Great experience, scheduled my appointment online, showed up a few minutes early, I was met outside by a team member as soon as I arrived. Oil change and tire rotation completed in a timely manner. Whenever I bring my car to get serviced they always work pretty quickly. However, unlike other dealerships they never give multipoint inspection paperwork. I never know what needs to be tended to or where e pretty quickly. However, unlike other dealerships they never give multipoint inspection paperwork. I never know what needs to be tended to or where everything is at on my car from the inspection. When I called and asked where do I get this information I was told I have to ask for it, and I need to ask quickly because they tend to throw it away quickly after it is printed. Why is it that I have to ask for my multipoint inspection paperwork? Why is it being tossed immediately after it’s printed? All other dealerships that I’ve been to always staple this report to the receipt. Why can this not be done here? This is an inconvenience and upsetting that everytime I have gotten my car serviced I never get it. I went back and asked for it before and the service advisor said he didn’t know where it was and it would be emailed to me, but I never received it. It all seems pretty shady to me. More
