The crew is great, it just felt too many hands were in play last time i was there to deal with the tires of my truck, and being told one thing from one person and something from someone else. Dropped truck off at 10am for 1pm online appt. Called at 4pm and they didn’t know truck was even there. They had to find paperwork. Then got it done. Not my first issue with this service department, last time you all told me I couldn’t get my reward points for services but you could take my points. I had to call corporate to set it up, then my multipoint inspection was documented but service didn’t tip off any fluids such as wipers and all tires were at different psi. I went elsewhere for last 3 services but since I live close I decided to try again. Nope same crappy service. I did not receive any paperwork on the service of my truck other than the bill and receipt so I don’t even know if they checked anything other than doing a rotation and oil change. Will not return and probably will switch back to ford for customer service from their service department. More

Service Department is terrible. Communication is not good. I was there 1 1/2 hours when I finally checked on my vehicle. Was originally told it would only take about 30 minutes. When I checked on the vehicle I was told they had not even started on it as the technician said he had no key. The key was in the vehicle. Then was told it should only take about 10 minutes. After 30 more minutes I went to check again, and they service person saw me coming and she when and got my vehicle. Had I not checked on it who knows how long I would have been there. Service person was nice however communication was not good and time spent there was too long. I did have an appointment. Should have been in and out quickly. More
Susie is very knowledgeable and polite. But she is always multi-tasking several customers when I am there or try to call. She handles it well and does not rush me, but she is handling too many issues at once and I feel like I don't have time to talk through things as thoroughly as we need to because I know other people are waiting on her. I had a warranty battery issue that ended up costing me out of pocket and have a bad sensor that has needed replacement for 3 months. I am a busy person as well, and everytime I have time to talk to her about it, she is swamped. On one of my last calls to the service dept I was dispatched a text. I replied to the text that I needed an oil change and the sensor replacement but the text wasn't productive either. Mandal send me emails from various people and flyers in the mail for services even though I pay for the warranty repairs, and it seems like Susie is who I am always routed to so don't send me random text, emails, or mail that aren't productive in getting what I need taken care of. More

While I made an appointment they still waited about 15+ minutes to get my car in the bay. Upon traveling home an alert light went off stating that I need to "Service the Tire Monitoring System". Why?
