I called 17 times in a 3 day period trying to get my car serviced. Service department never answered their phone. I asked the lady that answered the main line twice to please give them a message. I brought in my BMW 650i for the first oil change since I purchased it. There was also a vibration when driving and I ask them to check the balance on the tires. When I picked up the car, the service man tol purchased it. There was also a vibration when driving and I ask them to check the balance on the tires. When I picked up the car, the service man told me there was nothing wrong with the tires and that the balance was OK. Suggested I go next door to BMW. About 120 or so miles later the left rear tire blew out. It split between the tread and sidewall. This was New Years Eve. I was able to slowly make it to a used time shop about 5 miles from the blowout. It cost me $75 plus tip for a used tire. Being able to feel the vibration while drive means that, had they actually checked the balance of the tires I would have been able to purchase a new tire then and saved myself the headache of a blowout. Not sure I'll use your service again even though I pre-paid for oil changes. I'm sorry, I do not remember the name of the guy that I spoke with when I picked up my car. More
