Hello, waiting over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. I believe you should have a fast lane for oil change and tire rotations. Then the service advisor was not available. We get all our maintenance service in all our vehicles there. The facility is nice, waiting area is comfortable (coffee is the best)! everyone is polite, pleasant and professional. Brought our 2022 GMC Acadia for an issue. We were informed of what was going on and what needed to be done. Work was done, vehicle performing better. Mandal has the best selection of vehicles. No pressure and no hassle shopping experience. Looking forward to future purchases. :) More

Came to get my truck. There was a Mandel Associate at 3 of 4 service desks. 1 associate closest to me was speaking to a customer but it was some kind of small talk not There was a Mandel Associate at 3 of 4 service desks. 1 associate closest to me was speaking to a customer but it was some kind of small talk not about vehicle service. The other two associates and another associate was talking to each other. Not about service but just some sort of chit chat and giggleing. The associate from the 4th empty desk in the next room on the other side of the glass wall was chit chatting with the guy at the desk. He was the one I left my keys with I stood there for some time without being acknowledged. Finally I had to rudely speak out and ask for some help. Pretty soft service I’d say. I was really leaning toward using Mandal for my regular oil changes because the price seemed reasonable. Not so sure now. Mark Wack More
