The worst experience I have had. 2 appointments 1 lasted 5 hrs the other 3 hrs. Came in on Labor day and signed the agreement for financing. Came back on Wednesday to pick up the car and sign the financing 5 hrs the other 3 hrs. Came in on Labor day and signed the agreement for financing. Came back on Wednesday to pick up the car and sign the financing. Since I came alone on wednesday and being a young women I was taken advantage of. It was agreed on Monday my rate and term of the loan. Was told if there were any issues that they would call. Never received a call, when i came in on Wednesday I sat for an hour without being seen. The salesperson then came over and told me that he was never told I was there. He forgot my name and that I had a trade in or not asked me these questions twice. When I was taken into the financing office I was told I was declined for the Nissan Motor Acceptance (never received an inquiry on my credit for this). I was told by the finance manager that I had only one option although I was already pre-approved for a 72 month term, he did not want to work with me on the that. He forced me into a 84 month loan on a used car with the add-ons of Gap Coverage, Total Loss Protection and the extended warranty. This was the only option I was told I could do. I no longer had the keys to my old car and the plates were already taken off of it and felt I did not have the option to walk out My dad came in with me on Monday and was not able to come in on Wednesday with me. He was able to call me and asked to talk with the finance manager and apparently came up with an agreement that the add-ons would be taken off. I was unable to hear this conversation since the finance manager refused to put MY phone on speaker so that I could hear this conversation. The car itself, has several scratches down to the metal that were not fixed when I came to pick it up on Wednesday that was promised would be fixed. One of the rims was scratched up and was told they would swap it out for another rim. These issues were never fixed. Was told that the rim was not that bad and that they buffed it out the best they could and that they didn't have that color touch up paint that the could fix that with and the it was ordered. More
Do not walk in the front door. While we had a few road bumps along the way, the team at Manchester City Nissan consistently provided customer-centered solutions. Overall, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy! Since we had a few road bumps, we were able to see how the team handles a range of issues. All of which worked out in our favor. I found some minor errors in the original finance paperwork. When we returned to address it, the sales manager Ali, our sales rep Mo, and the finance dept. were apologetic, upbeat, and quick to fix it. We live in MA, so getting plates for the vehicle is a challenge. There were a few frustrating delays, but Mo kept us updated and offered to (and did) drive the vehicle to our home 38 min away to make up for the inconvenience. The vehicle we purchased was used, and started making an odd noise. It did take us awhile to get someone on the phone. However, once I did reach Mo and Ali, they let us bring it in at our convenience and promised to take care of it. We arrived after the service centered closed, yet the service writer Ryan still graciously helped us drop-off the car, and brainstorm what the problem might be. Ryan made a great impression and the vehicle is running great. Overall, I can attest that Mo, Ali, and Ryan are honest, customer oriented, and great people to work with. Calvin was the most amazing sales person that I have ever dealt with. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable the entire time I was there. Purchased Extended Warrantee and they won't talk to me! I purchased a car here in 2018. I purchased the extended protection plan. I have reached out multiple times about the fact that no one has reached out I purchased a car here in 2018. I purchased the extended protection plan. I have reached out multiple times about the fact that no one has reached out to me regarding where I can go etc. I called on Friday, 2/28 and was told that they would pass the info onto someone there. Now Monday, I called, was told I would have to come in in order for them to talk to me! I told them I have email correspondence and if they could email me to verify or, I don't know, ask me questions that they have info on! I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me! Now they won't pick up the phone, this is the absolute WORSE place!!! More
Horrible experience NIGHTMARE!! My boyfriend traded in his Nissan car for a small Nissan SUV (2019). He was given dealer plates temporarily and told this was until the re NIGHTMARE!! He was given dealer plates temporarily and told this was until the registration process was completed and financing needed proof of residency because he uses a P.O. Box. He provided proof of residency. The dealer plate registration EXPIRES after 2 weeks, with no update from dealership. Boyfriend goes into dealership, is told the financing is not yet complete (over 2 weeks after taking possession of new car) and they extend the reg on the dealer plates again. He has no idea where his traded in car is and no idea when his financing will be approved and no one at the dealership is acting on this hot mess. HOW IS THIS LEGAL AND EVEN POSSIBLE?!!? More

When I called the service dept because I am a woman , he said he never heard of it before and would have to look at it Understand that but he would not continue the dialogue ad to what I found out. This is a 2016 Rogue. I went there before with my husband with me and still talked down to me and wanted to nickel and dime me for everything. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN More

We dreaded the whole experience of looking for a new car because of previous experiences. I was not pressured into something I didn’t want nor a price I didn’t want to pay. Joe and I came to an agreement we both were comfortable with. There were some extras that I wanted that were not on the car and he talked to the business mgr and got it done. The whole process was painless and surprising enjoyable...mostly because of Joe. I went to thank everyone at Manchester City Nissan for all their help. More
