I had a wonderful experience at Decormier. I recently leased an Altima and not only did they give me the best price in the state (after visiting Countyline, Barberino, and Middletown Nissan), but they al leased an Altima and not only did they give me the best price in the state (after visiting Countyline, Barberino, and Middletown Nissan), but they also upgraded me to the better version of the car, the 20th Anniversary Limited Edition for a way better price. They are the best around and aren't pushy! That's the one thing I was looking for. They are good people trying to make an honest living and I am very satisfied with my decision to lease from Decormier Nissan in Manchester, CT. More
I've been dealing with Decormier for the past four plus years. There definitely my Nissan dealer of choice. The overall atmosphere of the dealership is friendly, warm and welcoming. We were to always keep in mind, what ever the customer wanted, needed or ask for within reason, our duties was to make every effort to carry out their wishes to perfection along with our professionalism. This is what DeCormier Nissan has displayed when dealing with me. Mr. Sawyer have gone out of his way to make sure the deal I had ask for and needed was caring out with such care and concern. My sale person, Mr. Seven Cerasoli Jr. was surpurb in dealing with me, his attitude was very warm, seeing him work with Mr. Sawyer was amazing to witness their togetherness in making the customer seem important. I bought my Nissan Armada to the service department because I had problems with my trunk. I have a trunk that automatically opens with the push of the button. When I brought it in the trunk would open because I had problems with my trunk. I have a trunk that automatically opens with the push of the button. When I brought it in the trunk would open automatically, but it just wouldn't stay open. It would close on its own. I was told that I would have to pay a $110 diagnostic fee. I was then told they found the problem, the struts were bad. This was told to me within 45 minutes of looking at my car. After fixing the struts I was told that the trunk would not open automatically anymore. Mind you the trunk opened automatically when I brought it in. I was told that they believed that somebody (not them) had tampered with the wires causing the automatic function not to work. I was then told that they would have to complete another diagnostic to find the problem. I asked them if the $110 diagnostic fee that I was charged covered this. They said no because it would take more time to figure out the problem. To me this was fishy. First the point of a diagnostic is to figure out what the problem is the first time. Second they only used an estimated 45 minutes of the 1 hour that supposedly covered the diagnostic so I had at least 15 minutes left. Third I was told what the problem had to deal with wiring issues, so why would they need to do another diagnostic if they knew what the issue was. They were just trying to get more money out of me. I then took my car to another service center and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes at no charge. The issue had something to do with the way this dealership install the struts and the fixing of a button. They also told me that I had 4 bad tires and needed a $60K inspection which would have cost about $1400. I knew they were trying to take me for my money because I just bought this car 3 months ago and all of this work was done. I will never go back to this dealership again and would recommend that nobody use them. More
We had an excellent experience at DeCormier Nissan. Abedul was helpful and very patient. We visited the dealership twice with our two young children in tow. He helped keep our children interested and happy at the end of a long day. (Much appreciated by parents who are facing a big and expensive decision.) We feel we got a very fair deal on the new vehicle as well as on our trade (2002 X-Terra). The entire sales process was very straightforward and unpressured. We had been looking for a vehicle with third row and had previously considered a Highlander or a Pilot. We appreciated that Abedul and Glenn both approached the sales process with our best interests in mind. They did not put Toyota or Honda down; they simply helped us the know more about the Pathfinder, which helped us determine it is the best choice for us at this time. We are thrilled with the vehicle as well as with our experience at DeCormier. In fact, our experience there was so positive that I returned within the week with my Mom (who has recently been shopping for a new car) and she purchased a 2012 Altima! She, too, worked with Abedul and Glenn got a very fair deal on a beautiful car. We would recommend DeCormier Nissan without any reservations. More

My personal budget was extremely tight and the dealership worked with me to get an awesome deal. I did my homework and didn't restrict myself to just one dealership - They were willing to negotiate after i found a similar deal elsewhere and be flexible to comply with my personal parameters. This was my first car I purchased myself and the overall experience I had was extremely positive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
