Our sales consultant was Raul Lopez, who I would argue, is probably one of the best sales consultants we've ever worked with and we've worked with many! He was cognizant of the fact that we were both purchasing the car not just me, directing his comments to both of us. He was knowledgeable in the new vehicle's features, worked with us in getting the best deal on both the new and trade vehicles and took the time at delivery to thoroughly demonstrate and explain the features of the new Altima. Coming from an '05' 2.5S to the '13'SV with all the technology upgrades is exciting as well as overwhelming but Raul walked us through all this with great patience. As a result we experienced first hand why he has earned many sales awards over the 9 yrs he has been with the dealership, he truly is exceptional. Also of note is the way we were treated by Glenn Sawyer the general sales mgr and Eric Meyers the Business mgr. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't want or feel that we were getting a raw deal on either the new car's price or the trade-in allowance. As a matter of fact we believe we did very well based upon all the research done prior to visiting the dealership. In my estimation this is the way car buying should be, hassle free; non-confrontational; being treated fairly and walking away satisfied that you got a great deal!
