The first impression walking into the showroom was OK another car dealership, but from the moment we met Jeff that wasn't the case. Jeff and Dirk, as well as the entire staff were amazing. They spent an exuberant amount of time with my wife and I going over every detail. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the entire process from the moment we walked in until we left with our new car. I have purchased many new cars over the years and by far this was the best and easiest experience I have ever had. Make sure you ask for CARY when purchasing!! I first met Jon right before a major life changing event, I told him i was interested but wasn't ready that day (or month for that matter,) he gave me his card and told me to find him when I was ready, I ended up buying a few weeks later. Why? Because Jon never once called to harass me into buying a vehicle! I respect him for that! Eric, Dirk wonderful managers!! Brian and Megan offer top of the line service!! And Chaz is great too! (He usually always services my cars!) my 2nd Kia, a minivan, was bought in a hurry, cause we were expecting, once again Jon got me in the van without any stress!! Bing bang boom I had my new van!!
