Quick friendly service. It is always a pleasure to deal with everyone at this dealership. I made an appointment for my 6 month service over the phone on Monday with Megan. Today when I arrived at 9:45 for my appointment I was greeted by Bryan (& Megan) .After Bryan did a quick walk around of my car he returned & explained what needed to be done on my vehicle & asked if I had any other concerns . He then did the needed paperwork & told me the car would be ready in about an hour. Before I could get my cup of coffee I saw my car being brought into the service area. While walking around in the show room I was again greeted by Dirk ,he asked me how I liked my Forte which surprised me (that he remembered what I purchased).We then had a conversation about the improvements on the new Soul & a few other cars & before I knew it Bryan was tracking me down to pick up my car . I was in & out in 45 minutes& best of all no pressure . I must say this dealership treats its customers like family. Thanks again for a great experience. More
