The paperwork took a little longer than we expected (having always bought through Craiglslist before), but they had toys and snacks for the kids, and a tv. And it is kind of neat to have the DMV title transfer taken care of before we drove off the lot. They also fixed a few things we noticed on the test drive, like the a/c and a flashing seat belt light. More
