I bought floor mats with the purchase of my new car over two weeks ago. The parts department was closed on that Sunday so I was not able to get them. (this needs to be fixed, a big dealership with tens of two weeks ago. The parts department was closed on that Sunday so I was not able to get them. (this needs to be fixed, a big dealership with tens of millions of dollars in cars and there is no one in the entire lot who can service a new car purchase with floor mats?) Anyway I was told to come back the next day. I did come in the next day and had a run around where my salesman, parts person and the Treasury/cashier area could not figure out where my paperwork was so I left. I came back later in the day and the parts department was again closed so I asked my salesperson if I could get my floor mats and he said they are being ordered. What! All those cars in the lot and none had floor mats in them that could be given to me and replaced then their order came in? There are at least a half dozen Honda dealerships within 20 miles of Maita and none could be gotten from them. Unbelievable. I then decided to wait until I heard from someone at the dealership that my floor mats had arrived. I received NO call, NO text, NO email in the next two weeks. I came in on Tuesday and my mats, with my name on them, were brought out from the back. I was not allowed to take them because the Parts department did not have any paperwork on it. I had to wait until the guy went whereever he went to get the OKay to give me the mats that I had been waiting on for over two weeks which had my name on it. My car is only three weeks old and my experience after the sale has been so bad with Maita that I will be doing the least amount of connection I can with you. At lease I now have my floor mats. More
