Difficult to reach service advisors by phone. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, it was never pulled up to the front and it took 20 minutes after the completion of my transaction for anyone to pull arriving to pick up my vehicle, it was never pulled up to the front and it took 20 minutes after the completion of my transaction for anyone to pull my vehicle up. My trust of the Service Department dropped from high to no trust at all. A New, never previously mentioned and drastic problem presented itself right after picking my car up. Denial from the start instead of " Let's take a look and figure this out". Complete mishandling of situation, however coincidentally after returning my vehicle to further assess the issue of complaint Trevor all of a sudden states the technician noted prior to engine repair the same issue i was complaining about although no one ever reported these findings to me or could give me information about my complaint. Took my car in for engine work and left with suspension issues! More
