I purchased my 5th Honda from Honda, my 3rd from Maita Honda and this will be my last time. I was pleased with previous purchases because Honda's had more features than many other manufacturers who freque Honda and this will be my last time. I was pleased with previous purchases because Honda's had more features than many other manufacturers who frequently wanted a lot of money for their features. Now Honda is doing the same thing. If you want keyless entry or automatically adjusting driver seats, then you have to fork out more money. I don't believe Maita Honda has any idea how to learn or satisfy the needs of purchasers as long as the get a car out the door. This time I leased a 2020 Accord and the next day it rained. The windshield wipers were useless probably because the car sat out in the sun for months. Yes I returned to the dealer the next day and got replacements for free, but should this have happened? The inside windows are filthy and although the car was washed before I took possession no one took the time to clean the windows on the inside. And once again the car wash machine at Maita Honda was broken so they hand washed the car. A broken car washer seems to be the stock-in-trade for Maita Honda as this has occurred at least a dozen times I have taken a car there over the years. More
