Awful! Worst experience ever!......long story short, the sales manager was a rude, bulling, liar. With his belittling attitude he negotiated with a certified price when the car was not certified. The finance man was even more rude, as soon as he got my deposit he pumped the interest rate that was already showed to me and agreed on with the sales manager, he said that it does not matter what the sales department say over there, they will tell me whatever I want to hear. He then tried to cheat me and slip in an extra 258.00 in the contract for car theft protection, thank goodness I caught that and made him take it out. If I only was not in a pinch and didn't have my heart set on this car....shame on them the way they mistreated me. Could not pay me to go back. On a happy note.....I am looking forward to buying all our future Fords anywhere but there. More
