Had problems with the battery being dead and not holding a charge. They fit me into the schedule to test and replace battery the under warranty at no charge! I will never step foot in this dealership again . I am shocked at all these sparkling high reviews they’ve received . They are all obviously fake and written by relatives of employees. I’m a senior citizen and a widow and I was made to feel so worthless when trying to trade in my car . The salesmen are out of touch and very unkind to senior buyers. I was made it feel invisible the first hour I was there . Left to sit by myself ….. waiting for some kind of acknowledgement and when I finally got it the man was terribly rude and made a comment about “real buying customers”. Excuse me ? I was there to purchase a used truck for my grandson . I left in tears and took my business elsewhere. My grandson said I should tell people on the internet about this so they stay away from you bad people ! Tell that guy to stop drinking at work . He reeked of alcohol and it wasn’t even noon . More

A simple oil change and tire rotation turned into a fiasco. I had just left the dealership when three warning lights on my dashboard lit up. One was a small tire. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. After my new vehicle purchase, I had nothing but horrible service and disrespectful responses from the management. After my purchase, it took me 2 weeks to get my vehicle in for some work they owed me. The salesperson would never call me back. Every time I called he told me the person to perform the work was on vacation. When I finally got me vehicle in, I asked that mechanic how his vacation was... he didn't know what I was talking about. NOTHING BUT LIES ever time I spoke with either the salesperson or management - Lies. I was told to bring my vehicle in and ask for another manager. I did, and I waited, and asked, and waited, and asked a 3rd time, and waited for over an hour. He never came out - I finally had to beg service to help me out. When I picked my car up, it took another 90 minutes between waiting and having them redo some work that was not correctly done. Then to top it off, they sabotaged my vehicle - yeah I know they will respond to this and call me some crazy guy. First off, someone there tore up my vehicle insurance paperwork in the glovebox. Next when I got home, I noticed that the side window sticker that opens the community gate, no longer worked. Upon further inspection, someone actually cut a small portion off the sticker. xxx kind of people would do this? I told management that I wanted a simple explanation why someone would tear up my paperwork or I would write this review. He called me a crazy guy and probably tore it up myself. It's been 3 days and no response, so here is my reveiw. PLEASE, listen to this and the other bad reviews here - nobody deserves to be treated this way. More
Believed in this location for many years but continuously bad experiences have led us in a different direction. I still know individuals that work at this dealership and feel bad for them on this review as I bad experiences have led us in a different direction. I still know individuals that work at this dealership and feel bad for them on this review as I know they are hard workers caught up in others' lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Not sure if its training properly or just the lack of good service center employees but Maher is not focused on customer service. More
