Had my truck at this dealership in the collision center since December. The insurance was figured out and gave go ahead in March. It is now almost August and my truck is still sitting there. Sandy in the office can’t call me back nobody ever knows what’s going on, for about two months there it was back-and-forth they told my husband, one thing and me and another thing. As I’m navigating through my divorce, I don’t have a vehicle. I have spent over $10,000 in rental vehicles. Since April it has been waiting for an airbag that Sandy incorrectly ordered. She told me one thing happened and then some told me that it was another thing. My truck was estimated for the end of September. I get a call two weeks ago saying that it would be in July 14, Still no call. I’ve had one update nobody can call me back and then just to top it all off. The truck gets taken in for service and I get told it has a serious roach problem. I can tell you right now that that truck didn’t have a roach problem when I dropped it off six months ago, which means that their service department and their collision center was all in there changing my seatbelt and trying to do the airbags the first time and didn’t notice a roach problem, but the fact that has been sitting there waiting for months and months and months is probably where that came from or somebody’s other car. The service department calls me back and doesn’t call me three weeks ago when they open the car and tell me has a roach problem. They decided to let it sit for three weeks and just let it get more and more infested , unprofessional, unreliable, I would not take my vehicle here if I were you for collision or anything. Still don’t have my truck, still don’t have a call back. Extremely unprofessional. I will be escalating this. More

I also have bought four Camaros and a Silverado from Maher over the years and never had any problems with them, this is a great Dealership. If your in the market for a new or preowned vehicle, do your shopping around, but don't pull the trigger until you give Maher a chance at your business, you won't be disappointed, and PLEASE See Chris Neumann for all your vehicle needs. The service department has some of the worst service I've ever had. I've never had to have a jump on my battery or my car not start but for some reason when I brought it there my battery was completely dead ever had. I bought a new one, threw them because that could just be a coincidence. My original reason for bringing my vehicle was there was an oil leak. My warranty covered it. But when I received my vehicle I had an oil low notification on my dashboard. I thought that was strange because they had fixed the oil pan. I called and mentioned it and they said yeah your sensor is broken. My sensor was not broken before I dropped it off. I know this for a fact because even though I had an oil leak the sensor would go off and I would know to change my oil or add more oil. I had done this a couple times and since her had worked just fine once more oil was added. I was assured that they would work it out. But when my warranty wouldn't cover it they decided it was too expensive for them to take care of and told me that they would fix it for $800 plus dollars. I left a Google review. They responded to that by saying that they would make it right. I left three messages to the number they said to call and I haven't had a call back since. Definitely would not recommend them or go back to them. More
