Ryan Farishian Only stayed personally past 7:30 p.m. because he was trying to justify the key being lost first by the service area and valet person and immediately accusing me of taking the key. When you look at the cameras it shows me pulling the car forward and immediately there was a message stating no remote in vehicle. When the door was closed the alarm never beeped to state that the key was ever in the car. In order to start the car , the key must be in close proximity. The camera will not show that there was ever a key in the first place. I stated before, worst service ever! The valet person NEVER offered to help with the children, you never offered me to stay in the office with my children that late in the evening. My children never entered the car when the car was pulled forward the camera will show that they were still in the car with my mother waiting for me to transfer their carseats. BOTTOM LINE is that this issue would've never had to happen if your valet person wasn't trying to be slick and who in their right mind would intentionally loose their own key and put their entire family through such trauma! Also, loosing sleep trying to locate the spare key. The car was in Maher's possession since Saturday morning. Yes, the situation is resolved on TODAY after it was insisted that since I DIDN'T loose the key, I wasn't paying for it. Also, after I DECLINED the ride home TODAY after you all tried to tell me that there was a strong possibility that the car wouldn't be ready today. Funny thing is that the entire staff of Maher got tired of looking at my family in the waiting area TODAY and when the matter was resolved, the entire showroom staff glared at my family as though we had stolen the very keys in which their service staff ( the helpful) valet person had lost in the first place. Really thought we were looking at a gathering of individuals who were trying to intimidate us, threaten us. The entire ORDEAL could have played out differently if "OWNERSHIP" had been taken instead of insinuating that two hard working women had time to loose both keys!
