Above and beyond for us We purchased a used 2009 Ram back in May of this year and as all used vehicles it started giving us some minor issues. We contacted the dealership an We purchased a used 2009 Ram back in May of this year and as all used vehicles it started giving us some minor issues. We contacted the dealership and they got us in to take care of it and the out of pocket expense was extremely reasonable for the repairs that were done. At the beginning of this month our A/C unit stopped working and we were extremely upset having to drive around in the hot Florida sun with twin toddlers. We contacted Maher about the issue and shortly after James, the Used Car Department Manager, reached out to see how they could help. We trully have no words to describe how happy and satisfied we are with the outcome. He went above and beyond to get it done and all under one week. Maher provided us transportation for the entire time our truck was being serviced, Clayton (our Sales Person) kept constant communication about what was going on with the truck and were able to cover the full costs of the repairs. If not for them taking over we would've not been able to afford getting it worked on. So again to Maher thank you for making this possible for us. Our family appreciates the excellent service provided, you went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back to get our second vehicle soon! More

FRAUD!!!! I bought a used 2012 Chevy camaro from them 3 months ago with under 50k miles. They explained their was only two previous owners and nothing wrong wit I bought a used 2012 Chevy camaro from them 3 months ago with under 50k miles. They explained their was only two previous owners and nothing wrong with the car. Three months later my converter belt was messed up(thankfully covered by GM motors), battery and negative was also bad, and to top it off my gas fuel wasn’t converting and vaporizing, leaking straight liquid gas into my engine. When I spoke to the used car manager, he kept raising his voice, trying to talk down to us, like we were scum. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. Not once did he take a chance to least try to diffuse the problem. He clearly knows the cars being sold are complete fraud and has no problem selling fraud cars towards the public. It was extremely unprofessional how he addresses and talks to his customers. Never in my life have I seen terrible customer service, especially at a major delearship. I would not ever recommend Maher Chevy to anyone. More
