That was all On the other hand Giselle, in the collision department could not have been nicer So, ***** for Giselle, and ** for Taylor MY MOST SERIOUS COMPLAINT IS THAT MAQUIRE VIOLATED, IN MY OPINION, MY PRIVACY After the repair, I got numerous e-mails, to my e-mail address from Sirius, stating that as my car had been repaired (the antenna was replaced) I was entitled to a 3 month free trial And some insurance outfit (?) kept calling me cell phone every Monday (still going on) with an unwanted offer.. My brand new car got dinged at a parking lot. The damage was not worth reporting to my insurance and worth it to me to pay out of pocket for the repair for the price they estimated at $135. Recommended Excessive Repairs for State Inspection Came in for a simple state inspection and I do my own car maintenance. They recommended 2500 dollars worth of repairs on a 15 year old car for a few p Came in for a simple state inspection and I do my own car maintenance. They recommended 2500 dollars worth of repairs on a 15 year old car for a few parts that were not worn, some were close to needing repaired. They also recommended replacing excessive parts for the job. Every time I come in they seem to mandate a repair or try to sell me a service. And they tried to guilt me into these repairs with the phrase “customer declined repairs at this time despite safety concerns.” To be fair, they did not require that I fix these parts, and still passed the vehicle. I few years ago I took in a car 3-4 times, over the course of a month or two, to get the inspection passed. First they required I remove window tint, then that I replace the rear coil springs, then they made me replace the rear brake pads and rotors. And the final time they had me replace the wiper blades. 4 Years of taking my car here has made me dislike the state inspection process and feel that the dealerships are using this as an predatory opportunity to sell repairs.
