My car was ready on time. Staff was friendly. The van driver came within 10 minutes of my call. All the repairs for the insurance claim were not complete. I was told they did not have the proper lugnut key as my wheels needed a special key. So my damaged rim was not fixed. Yet somehow they wer complete. I was told they did not have the proper lugnut key as my wheels needed a special key. So my damaged rim was not fixed. Yet somehow they were miraculously able to remove 2 wheels for my inspection. Somebody was not being truthful and I certainly hope they would not lie on an inspection report. I also needed other work done that I HAD AGREED TO that was not done. I would drive an hour away before going here again. I will say the work they DID do looked good. More
