Rec'd a post card telling me I had a couple service bulletins due on my car. I called the dealership to see if they needed to be done immediately, young man said no they could wait. about 2 weeks later bulletins due on my car. I called the dealership to see if they needed to be done immediately, young man said no they could wait. about 2 weeks later I had issues with the car, I called the dealership back, told them what was going on, the same young man told me I should have called to make an appointment as soon as I got the card. I got a little hot but made an appointmnet for the following Monday as he said I could continue to drive it. On the way to the dealership which is 1.5 hours away, the car stopped, it had to be taken by flat bed the rest of the way. When we got there we were told since we missed our appointment we would have to wait. ( told them it was transmission, they didn't believe me) we waited 6 hours for them to say yes it was the transmissionand to get us a car to get home in. During this time they acted like it was no big deal, Its a 2020 kia soul withat the time under 9000 miles. I won't go back be cause of this. This is my 4th kia, love the brand but service departments suck. More

Check in was a breeze and the extra request I had was added with no problem. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time.
