Oil change was ok. ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was ..didn't take long...apparently because the Multi-Point Inspection was pencil-whipped. One of the battery cables was lose, the Engine air filter was dirty (I told the service person to not replace it, we do that ourselves, but I did not say "don't inspect it"}, it was full of road trash, the cabin filter was not even inspected, washer fluid was not refilled. First of all, we took it to the Express dept, for an oil change. They told us they couldn't get the oil plug off. They told us to take it to the regular service dept. So, we did. They also told us they couldn't get it off and gave us an estimate repair bill of $1700. Well, the car itself is not worth that much. So, we had to think on that. Took it to a mom and pops shop and didn't say a word. They got the plug out, changed the oil, and only $45. We have always taken our Toyota's to MacHaik to have them serviced. and had excellent care. Customer service was great at front desk. The mechanic not so much. They said my truck was ready but with check engine light on and multiple codes requiring dealer attention. The service writers need to be more hospitable. Greet customer and if they are busy with other customer say we will be with you in a minute.
