They now have an express service fa i am a regular customer at Mac Haik Toyota since buying my Prius there In 2013 (and with my first Prius in 2002). They now have an express service facility that makes it extremely easy to get an oil change. I did not have to make an appointment. The wait was short, and in the past they have discovered maintenance needs such as a dirty cabin filter. I still think that a labor charge approaching $70 for an oil change is obscene, but it is not a frequent expense and I know I am getting the appropriate attention. More
