They now have an express service facility that makes it extremely easy to get an oil change. I did not have to make an appointment. The wait was short, and in the past they have discovered maintenance needs such as a dirty cabin filter. I still think that a labor charge approaching $70 for an oil change is obscene, but it is not a frequent expense and I know I am getting the appropriate attention. More

After leaving town for our home in Montana I realized that the BSM system had been turned OFF. When I turned in ON I got an error message. Since I was many miles away from Houston and scheduled stops already committed I was in no position to return and have you fix the problem. The sensors which are not working are in the very area where your repair work was "accomplished?". Now the cost of repair is not covered by the insurance and will be out of my pocket, thanks a lot! More
