They gave us a loaner vehicle until our purchased vehicle arrived as our trade-in v Matt Carl and his manager went above and beyond to meet our needs. They gave us a loaner vehicle until our purchased vehicle arrived as our trade-in vehicle had no AC. Our vehicle did not come with running boards, but realizing how difficult it would be for our young son to get in and out of a larger vehicle without them Matt advocated for us to management and got running boards installed on the vehicle at no extra charge. This let us know that he really cared about us and wasn't just trying to sell us a car. More
