At first, I was At this point it has costed me out of pocket near $3000 and my insurance $2100, in repairs over the last year, for the same problem. At first, I was misled to pay for unnecessary repairs. I was told not to worry because the insurance would refund me everything I paid. This was not true, When I had to bring my vehicle in the last time for the same issue, ( 4 attempted yes to repair the issue) they had my vehicle for 2 months. My out of pocket cost increased from when they told me it would be initially. I tried to question why the out of pocket cost increased and I was told that he didn’t have time to go over it. I asked them to honor a coupon, which he was very flustered about. Though I still paid more than what I was told, I feel that if I were a man, I would not have been talked to or treated this way. He not only talked down to me, but in front of others as though I had done something wrong by speaking up for myself. More
