Went in for two new tires, new guy tried two order two spare tires from Discount tire instead of the Firelli tires I told him, so I had to pick up my damaged Firelli tire and carry it to the parts departm spare tires from Discount tire instead of the Firelli tires I told him, so I had to pick up my damaged Firelli tire and carry it to the parts department and the amazing girl at the desk ( I didn't get her name 5star customers service from her) ordered the two tires for me and I went back inside Quick Lane and Elisabeth ( best employee/ manager 5star customers service ) helped me pay for them ($613). The next day at 12pm both tires came in and Elisabeth was amazing, I even asked for an oil change and Alignment and to use the $45 i had in points, everything was perfect until she left to the doctors, they told me my car was ready so I went up to pay and was told my total was $810 for the oil change and Alignment, I became up and ask for Beth but was told she left ask for a Manager so she call one and it was at that point she told me I was being charged for the tires I already paid for, and the guy who was acting Manager was only wanting to take off $570 from the $810 not caring about the fact I already paid $613 not $570. I called Beth's cell phone to let her work it out and so they finally took off the $613 making the total $197 and wouldn't use the $45 in points I had, over all it was a horrible experience and Elisabeth is the only person worth a 5 star review who tries to go above and beyond, but everyone else needs retraining, It's appalling that after the manager leaves the customer service becomes trash and you're looked down on as if you're some how inferior More
